What to expect
The right start
Foundations are important and to get off to the right start we spend 60 minutes together on day one. This gives us plenty of time to understand you and what’s important, get clear on where you are at, and make a plan that makes sense.
An individual plan
At your initial appointment you will gain an understanding of:
- Establish an overall direction that fits with your goals
- Take some simple baseline measures that will be used to track your progress
- Start exploring new movements that we will use in your Movement Plan
- Discuss the expected number of appointments and the cost
