Director and physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy, University of South Australia
Master of Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy, University of South Australia
I am the director and a physiotherapist at Form Physiotherapy. I also work at UniSA teaching masters and undergraduate physiotherapy students, and work with the Body In Mind research group communicating positive ideas about pain with Lorimer Moseley. Out of this pot came the wonderfully playful project, Tame the Beast.
I have a particular interest in treating persistent pain; problem solving barriers to athletic performance; and using education and exercise to inspire and enable people to pursue lofty goals.
Toby and I were brought up rock climbing, exploring in the hills of Australia and New Zealand. This is almost certainly responsible for my obsession with the back country. On weekends and holidays you'll find me cycling, walking and climbing my way across the map - if it's this year, probably in Tasmania.
